The utmost in care is taken in shipping our products to you, but in the rare event of anything damaged in shipping or any items received in error, please contact us directly for arrangements to be made immediately at no charge to you.

We can accept returns/exchanges on unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, all original seals must be intact. You would be responsible for return shipping costs for these items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
