Everyone at New England Associates® wants to thank our clients for their patience and cooperation during this COVID-19 pandemic and we are pleased to reopen.
Please see below for very important changes regarding every upcoming visit to New England Associates®.
The COVID-19 virus affected everyone and taught us it takes everyone doing their part and being diligent to combat future outbreaks. Therefore, as required by the states to reopen, and as part of our process to keep clients as well as staff safe, we have put in place strict safety measures that protect you and ensure our ability to maintain uninterrupted service during these challenging times. Until further notice please follow the below instructions for all future visits:
- Please notify New England Associates® at 781-246-8202 in Massachusetts or 603-669-2224 in New Hampshire in advance of any scheduled appointments if you or anyone in your household:
* Has tested positive for COVID-19
* Believes they may have COVID-19
* Is sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms
* Has come in contact with anyone that has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19
- Clients’ temperatures will be taken with a no-contact infrared thermometer upon arrival.
- Any client who enters and shows signs of illness or has a high temperature will be asked to leave immediately and be rescheduled at a later time by phone when they are feeling well.
- The States require clients to wear a facial mask covering their nose and mouth during their appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait in your vehicle until the allotted time of your appointment to help us organize the flow of traffic. Please call when you arrive in the parking lot so we can coordinate your arrival.
- Please refrain from bringing guests or pets during your appointments.
- Please help us practice social distancing by maintaining at least a 6 foot distance between one another in hallways, waiting areas, front desk, etc.
- Please bring and use your own pen if needed.
- All appointments, including tightenings, are required to be scheduled and are by appointment only. Sorry, no walk-ins until further notice.
- At this time products can only be purchased online at https://www.newenglandassociates.com/store/ or during your appointment. Walk-in purchases are currently prohibited (again, this is in an effort to limit the amount of people present at any one time).
As you know, the COVID-19 virus presents an unprecedented and evolving situation. Even as businesses around the country begin to reopen, the virus is still a concern. As we continue to monitor and respond to all developments, we want to reassure you that we have the necessary plans in place to operate the business and protect the health and well-being of our valued employees and clients.
New England Associates® is in an industry that has always prioritized cleanliness. New England Associates® locations have always received a 100% rating from Massachusetts and New Hampshire State Boards during every sanitation inspection we’ve ever had.
Even with that in mind, here are some of the additional precautionary steps we’re adding to help assure clients as well as employee safety:
- You’ll notice staff wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE’s) during your visits to NEA. Don’t be alarmed, it’s recommended protocol.
- We will continue to regularly disinfect work spaces, surfaces, handles etc., between clients.
- You’ll find individuals respecting recommended social distancing guidelines whenever practical.
- All employees will continue to practice proper hygiene and wash hands thoroughly and regularly with soap and water before and after each client.
- We will limit the number of people in our facilities at any one time.
- Staff will stay home if they are sick.
- We have removed magazines and drink options from our locations.
Please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand. It is recommended protocol.
Guidelines put in place by the States are for the protection of everyone and we greatly appreciate your cooperation. As the situation evolves, please know we will keep you up to date of possible changes.
